Hi, I’m Emma — a Presenter and Author.
My early career was spent in the wonderfully wild world of TV, working with puppets, pranksters, and pop stars on The Den, Live & Kicking, Pure on the BBC, and as the first Irish MTV presenter in Europe. I also spent several years in radio, both behind the mic and behind the scenes.
After 15 years in front of the camera, I stepped away to explore how the tools I’d used on screen could help people in everyday life — to feel more confident, to communicate clearly, and to reconnect with their voice.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep interest in what happens when we speak — and what holds us back. I’ve written books, created resources, and shared techniques drawn from both personal experience and formal training.
Right now, I’m on my own journey of rediscovery — and sharing what I’ve learned along the way. Whether it’s through my podcast Finding Your Pink, free tools, or quiet reflections, this space is simply here to offer encouragement, connection, and a few helpful ideas to anyone navigating change, confidence, or finding their voice again.
